These Terms of Use (hereinafter — the Terms) govern the use of the Combo Pocket mobile application and the website combopocket.com (collectively referred to as the Service).

By installing, accessing, or using the Service, the User agrees to comply with these Terms. If the User does not agree, they must stop using the Service immediately.

1. General Provisions

Combo Pocket is a software solution designed for barcode scanning, data collection, and integration with accounting or warehouse management systems (including 1C, BAS, and similar platforms). The Service is provided by Combo Pocket (“the Developer”) under these Terms and any applicable local laws.

The Developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

2. Registration and Account

To use the Application, the User must create an account on the Combo Pocket website. Upon registration, the User receives a unique access token linked to their account, which is required for integration with the User’s accounting system.

The User agrees to provide accurate information during registration and to keep login credentials and token confidential. The User is responsible for all activities performed using their account.

3. Use of the Service

The Service is intended solely for lawful business use related to data collection and inventory management. The User agrees not to use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes, including but not limited to:

4. Data Processing and Privacy

The processing of personal and technical data is regulated by the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, the User agrees to the collection and processing of data as described in that Policy.

All data transmitted between the Application, the Server, and the User’s accounting system is encrypted using HTTPS. Combo Pocket does not access or store accounting data exchanged between the User’s system and the Application except as defined in the official API documentation.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Application, Website, design, source code, and related materials belong to Combo Pocket. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Reproduction, modification, or distribution of the Application or its components without written permission from the Developer is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” basis. The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance of the Application. The User assumes full responsibility for any consequences arising from its use.

The Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of profit, resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Updates and Support

The Developer may release updates, patches, or improvements without prior notice. Some updates may be installed automatically. Technical support is provided via email at support@combopocket.com.

8. Termination

The User may discontinue using the Service at any time by deleting the Application or closing their account. The Developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if the User violates these Terms or engages in misuse of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by international principles of fair business practice and the applicable legislation of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with these principles and through negotiation where possible.

11. Amendments

The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on the Website and will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
